How long does setup take?

Each tier has its own average timeline — Foundation (2 weeks), Growth (2-3 weeks) and Scale (6-7 weeks). This is an average and can vary based on all contributors working together to stay on track.

What happens after I pay?

You’ll receive an onboarding email with "what to expect" to gather your details, brand assets, and schedule your kickoff call

Can I upgrade later?

Yes! You can upgrade your setup at any time and only pay the difference in tier pricing.

Do I still need to pay for my HSS subscription?

Yes, your monthly software subscription is separate. This setup fee is a one-time investment to customize and configure your account.

Do you offer ongoing support after setup?

Absolutely. Clients can continue with operations strategy, ongoing build support, or add-ons once their initial setup is complete.
